i could not agree with you more. I am like you, 16 and a sopre in high school. I go to parties and get drunk and smoke (occasionally). i'm pretty good at hiding it, but sometimes my parents have their suspicions. my parents aren't expecting me to wait till i'm 21 to have a drink, but they do want me to wait until about 18. honestly that is just a bit unrealistic. like you, i get all A's in school, i'm a great kid all around. whose to say i can't have a little fun? i'm not expecting my parents to be super thrilled with me getting like wasted, but having a few drinks to just feel a little buzzed is fine. i do think that it would be a better idea for parents to just educate kids about this stuff, so that if they do choose to do these things they at least know what they're getting themselves into. i think a lot of kids do stuff like this just to rebel because they know their parents are absolutely against it. if my parents had told me they didn't care if i had a few drinks, it probably wouldn't feel so cool. now i understand where parents are coming from by not wanting their kid to drink or smoke if they have the kid that is just dumb and would completely over-do it and let it take over their lives. i know with me, i am responsible and smart enough to be safe about these things. i know my limits and everything. i wish my parents could understand that they don't have to worry about me like that, i wish they could trust me to be careful because they do know what a good kid i am. i'm sure theyre are tons of people with the same problem. the only thing you can really do is try to have an open conversation with your parents about it and maybe they'll eventually come around at some point and make a compromise with you. i wish i didn't have to sneak around my parents. i know some kids whose parents actually let them drink and smoke under their roof. lucky them lol. i'm trying to prove to my parents that i can be responsible :)

I think this has been tried before with bad results. The method you describe may be easier but it lacks the ability to relate more complex sounds. To offer a different rune or symbol for each sound you would actually need more letters than we currently have. Think of the combinations we have like TH, SH, CH not to mention the mulitple sounds per vowel. Yes, it would make everything phoenetic but there would be so many runes to learn that it would be very difficult to master.

It's something recent, that each time I flinch or someone makes me flinch I just bust out. I thought it was nothing at first but then it started getting serious. Just bought a house, when we enterred the house the vendors left a note saying they were going to collect 2 beds they had left and they never came, even when contacting them on the phone and they promised to collect they never did. On top of that they left 2 huge wooden broken wardbrobes in each rooms, bin bags full of their junk, a hoover, kids bulky toys in the garden and rubbish at the front of the house. This is a breach of contract as far as I'm aware. We instructed our solicitors to get hold of them to pay for a skip to get rid of their rubbish but still waiting for a response ( its been 2 days since instruction) What if the sellers never reply and choose to ignore this request? Can we take them to court over this and more? I'M PREGNANT! Got my BFP today :)?

EEEK! I'm so excited, I just, as in 5 minutes ago, got my BFP! This was our fifth cycle TTC. I will be 5 weeks tomorrow. Really didn't think it would be this month as we were only together once (in a car!!) but it was on the day I ovulated :) I am three days late and today was the first day I tested, didn't want to earlier in case of disappointment but I had a feeling. For about 10 days my have been in agony and my are burning. I had to stop my daily walks because the bouncing hurt so much but of course I don't mind. I also have really weird poking and stretching feelings in my lower abdomen. Not painful or anything, I'm just very aware of them. Wow, I'm just so excited! I'm sharing it with you all first 'cause I can't get a hold of my fianc� who is at work (shhh, don't tell him, hehe) and I know you'll all be happy for me. I've been taking folic acid for the last few months, what else should I take at this point (5 weeks)? I've read that most people don't see the doc for their first visit until about 8 weeks, is this true? I think I'll go this week just because I'm so excited and I want the best for bubs. Strep w/ a temperature of 97.5?

i dont know if i have strep throat. the only symptoms i seem to have are the white patches on my swollen tonsils and an very sore throat. i had a 2hswim practice, depite my sore throat b/c i feel fine otherwise. i felt more tired than usual but not too bad. i live in southern california but the pool is outside and the wind feels quite harsh to wet skin so i was very cold. wakled a mile home, took my temperature just b/c i was curious and the thermometer was 97.1 degrees. i figured my body temperature must still be down from being so cold. i drank 3 cups of hot coffee and again, just out of curiousity took my temperature to see if it had gone up but it was only 97.5. my usual temperature ranges from 98.5- 98.9. my tonsils are only swollen on the right side as well as the white patches. my neck muscles also only hurt on the right side, but that may be from swim... id ont know. my throat hurt yesterday and white patches appeared today. this morning there was hardly any patches and my tonsils werent swollen, its only gotten worse throughout the day. honestly i feel fine aside from my throat, although i am tired even after coffee but i've been staying up later than usual b/c of school ignments and swim meets. sorry this is so long, but i just was wondering if anyone knew what is up with me b/c you usually get a fever with strep.

Well last night, I feel into a bit of a deep sleep, and for some reason I woke up at about 1 AM, two hours after I went to bed. The thing is that when I woke up, I was on back, with my head ****** a little to the side, and my eyelids were only half open. I also noticed I couldn't move since I wanted to lift my hand to scratch my head. Immediately afterward, I noticed two dark figures (looked like short people with cloaks) on either side of my bed. I started panicking, thinking, "Oh hell no, not again!" (I'll explain in a minute), but then I regained control of my body after about 5 seconds, and I realized that one of the figures was just my lowered eyelids creating an illusion, and the other was my dark blue bunched-up cover off to the side. I considered sleeping with my light on for the rest of the night, but I figured that would just be too paranoid. Anyway, I did have an experience a bit like this when I was about 3 years old, so I'm not putting all this on here to discredit the abduction fanatics. On that night, I woke up to see 4 or 5 greys at the foot of my bed (I could see them clearly because they far enough away and were illuminated by my orange night light. 2 were the plain naked types the size of 10 year olds, and the others were stumpy and wearing big cloaks that concealed their faces). I didn't know what they were at first, I just figured they were some kind of people I'd never seen before, although I had no idea what the hell they were doing in my house. I don't remember being "frozen," all I remember seeing was them standing there looking at me. One of the stumpy ones was gazing into my parents' room, which was right next to mine. Too bad I couldn't see their feet, I heard they have hoofs. Anyone else on here have an experience like the one I had last night? Frustration with registering for clothes- it's the wrong season?

All the registry guides I have tell you how much layette to register for- pants, sleep & plays, onesies, side snap shirts, socks, hats etc. I'm not due until the fall but my shower is in August, and everything in stores between now and Aug. is summery! How am I supposed to register for fleece sleep & plays like all my friends have? I am going to loan a pony, and I am not sure about putting her in a paddock with another pony who wears shoes?

I have a loan pony arriving soon. At the yard is a cob mare. She is the dominant pony with a gelding that is currently there (soon to go). Because the new pony will be a loan, and of fine build and has been stabled 80% of the time, I am weary of putting her out with the mare that is already there. The existing mare and gelding have been known to tear up the paddock with cantering and bucking. My main concern is that I want to avoid the new loan pony being kicked/injured by the other mare, which wears shoes. I have read that equines can socialise over an electric fence (not always switched on as it is a secure field) and do not need to be in the same paddock, but can happily live in the paddock next to each other and still be able to see each other and groom the other equine. A sense of humor is a great attribute, if she can see humor in it then that is more for him to like. Yes those fish will be okay with each other because their all except for the red tailed black shark peaceful with each other. Don't worry about the red tailed black shark he won't bother tetras or any of the others because he is only aggressive towards his own kind, mostly. There are some other fish you can get and I would reccomend a pair of heyhole cichlids or 2 females and 1 male of the bolivian ram cichlids. The reason I mentioned these was because I've had these for 3 an a half years now and their very peaceful because their very peaceful cichlids. I was just paging through the site and I saw some answers that bewildered me. Some answers are short, like one or two words, some answers are hateful and unhelpful. Why? Is it really necessary for you to post an answer on something that you hate or that you have no understanding of? Also why bother looking up questions about things you hate in the first place? Another good point to make is that people often don't use and sort of spelling or grammar in answers, I understand this to a certain extent and I have come to live with the fact that 'text talk' is an uneradicatable evil (I honestly don't have a stick up my *** about this), but sometimes I can't even understand what a person is trying to say in posts. Motherboard upgrades and form factors?

I was trying to upgrade my computers CPU when i found out my motherboard didn't support the fsb speed i wanted. In my dell dimension 9200 the motherboard is a form factor BTX. Now i'm looking on intels website and all the potential upgrades are ATX or microATX. Does this mean none of them will fit? Cause i need 1333Mhz and all the BTX ones only go to 800Mhz. help please.

My cl is graded under a curve. My cl average of the first midterm was 48 but i got a 40. Then the second midterm the cl average was 68 and i got a 70. On the homework i got 80 percent which is only 10 percent of my overall grade. Should I limit protein in healthy 15-16 year olds?

They are now on a organic raw diet and loving it. However, I noticed between a 9 lb cat, an 11 lb cat, and my 7 lb dog, they are going through almost a pound of lamb a day plus he cats are finishing up a commercial raw poultry diet (about 2-4 oz a day between them watered down) and get a bit of urinary kibble and the cats both eat wayyy more lamb than the dog, who only gets 2 oz a day plus veggies and dried organs. All are a good healthy weight, Now the lamb is lamb stew meat, so I do have to remove a good bit of bone and solid fat from each 1 lb package, but the average lean meat yield is about 10 oz, so they're going through (each) 4 oz solid lean meat + 2 oz chicken, organs, and veggies + Wysong Uretic kibble(only for one) + Wellness probiotic treats + the occasional chunk of fat. This seems a bit much, considering the dog isn't much littler and only gets 2 oz of meat + 1 oz of veggies + dehydrated organs and kangaroo strips and is perfect weight and bursting with energy. but the kitties are doing wonderful, and I'd hate to mess with a good thing...

So you have a smaller chance of making it, but it is NOT impossible. You will have to have a nice voice and a nice look to be excepted into agency's like SM Entertainment or JYP Ent. 20% talent, 80% looks. So if you are really pretty with a really nice voice, then thumbs up, you may have a chance. I suggest you email an audition, send one by mail, or go to the JYP Headquarters to audition/New York division. If you are excepted on the online audition, then you will have to go for part 2 of the audition in Seoul. I think they may pay for it. If you are excepted again, then you will become a trainee.

I am suffering from an extreme case of a runny nose. I just survived what I think of a mild version of a flu and now my nose is super runny. There is ample parking at the Klemzig "Park and Ride" and the free bus does not take all that long to get to Football Park. Just make sure you're back at the bus stop 20 minutes after the final siren so that you can get the return bus home. I would definitely get the bus - parking is way too expensive and the traffic is always terrible.

Confused about future carrier path in SAP...please guide?

I have been working in a software company as a tester from last 3 yrs. my jobprofiles includes testing ABAP and Crystal BOX1 reports. these reports use SAP HR-R/3, BW, oracle as data base. My work profile includes identifying test scenarios from the requirement docs, preparing test plan preparing test data in the SAP HR data base and testing the reports. we need to create/change test data in the SAP HR database during the testing of reports to test the functioanlity of the report. creating/ changing test data includes runing/ viewing payroll, time run, executing various functions, creating new employees/ positions etc in the system, different sort of actions using PA40, updatng/ creating infotype records etc. i think m quite comfortable interacting with the SAP HR R/3 system. Also i think i hv gained good business knowledge while working on various reports.now i want to make a carrier in SAP HR domain only but not sure if what i hv learnt so far is good enough to help me switch into SAP HR domain carrier or if it has value in the market. Could you guys help me guiding which all options are available for me in SAP HR from here on??
