If blacks are better athletes like the hype says in the US,then why whites dominate most major sports?

Possibly because in countries like the US, blacks are still not given the same opportunities as whites. Considering the poverty levels in your country, I would come to the conclusion that many black people do not get to play organized sports as children and do not get the same opportunities to hone their skills or be noticed by scouts.
