How can i find out what going on wiht her, she looks tired all the time and looks exhausted?

me and my girl friend moved intogather 3yrs ago (we were 19) and i got back from my deployment 2mo's ago i was gone for 1yr. and i noticed that she looks exhausted, and her hands were all dry and lookes washed out, i just felt really bad for her. She has a normal job she's a RN but the house is paid for it was my moms she gave it to us (she had 3 houses so she's not homeless) she works about 30hrs a week, is she sick or something, she is still gorgous but she looks tired all the time. BTW we did gon on a mine vacation for a week she skies and i snowboard so did that, since i came back we went out on every weekend, and i really can't think of nay thign else, she is happy real happy. i just dont know whats up
