Have you ever seen that US show To Catch a Predator? What's its point?

I like the show. It's funny to see those perverts get all nervous when the host guy starts asking them questions about why they are there and about the online conversation they had with a minor. I think that it's weird that you are hypothetically saying what you would do if you were a pedophile.
