Does JCPenny sell Sephora products?

yes jc Penny's, or at least the newer one near where i live, have a little sephora section in them! they do have testers too! i don't blame you for being tired of drug store brand. I believe in paying a little extra for your make up because, well, its on your face. I would recommend clinique makeup too. it seems like you might not live close to one but their products are more affordable than estee lauder and mac and lancome, and still really nice products.
