What is wrong with my overies or cerivix or wt ever is down there that hurts????

alright, so i have been having pains in my right overy usually when i squeeze the muscles down there and i now have stopped having becuase it has become painfull, i have felt inside and i have felt a fairl large lump of some sort kind of in the middle on my cervix somewhere and it is kind of hard to the touch, it's not a squishy lump or anything, i dont know what it could be and i dont think i am pregnant and i was thinking it was some sort of a cyst, i have only been having for about a month or to and i think i have been having pains before then to and i think the lump has gotten bigger, does anyone have advice, anything would be greatly appriciated :-)
