Grand square/cross in natal chart?

I have a cardinal grand square in my chart. I was wondering if someone could tell me more about it. Is it really that rare? How many people have this? Does anyone know any famous, successful people that have this aspect? It sounds so depressing to be told you have an aspect that means you'll have constant stress, tension,and obstacles throughout your life. Is it really such a bad thing? I mean, what are the positive sides to it?
