I need your suggestions, i don't think I'm pregnant but what else might it be?

My cycle is all messed up this month I don't know whats going on. Sorry if it gets to be tmi, but I need someone to talk to about it that understands, my hubby listens but has no idea what I'm talking about but he tries and he all cute about it lol. So today I am on cycle day 45!!! I mean I have irregular periods but this is the longest cycle I have ever had, usually my cycles are between 29-35 days. Well a few days ago in the afternoon when I wiped there was a a very very light tinge of pink on the tp, so I'm like okay af is coming, then nothing. Then two days later around the 22nd the same thing, then nothing, and then again last night, but it feels like af is coming. It sucks because I don't think I'm pregnant because my hubby and I were sick during my o time and needless to say didn't bd much that month. I'm not stressed or anything and I took a hpt a few days ago in the afternoon and bfn, I also don't have pcos. I just don't know any suggestions?
