How can I get/make a life-size cutout cardboard person thing?

my friend's birthday is coming up, and I want to make her a life-size cardboard cutout of Zac Efron. LMFAO (ikr, i personally dislike him, but she ~loves~ him). CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH HOW TO DO IT?
