That's horrible! You need to find out who his parent's are and have your parents or your friend parent's speak to them. This behavior is creepy, and disturbing. Try calling a teen help center around you area? Yellow pageS?! omg, you can't let this go so easily. Tell you friend to get a new cell phone, and only give her number out to trusting friends. Delete any myspace accounts, face book , and etc.
