Can I start an LLC in another state that I'll be moving to shortly?

I currently live in Alabama but will be moving to Colorado in a few months. I would like to use LegalZoom to start the LLC, get the license and get everything in motion that way I can open the business once I get there. Is it possible to do that even though I don't live there, yet?
