Confused about future carrier path in SAP...please guide?

I have been working in a software company as a tester from last 3 yrs. my jobprofiles includes testing ABAP and Crystal BOX1 reports. these reports use SAP HR-R/3, BW, oracle as data base. My work profile includes identifying test scenarios from the requirement docs, preparing test plan preparing test data in the SAP HR data base and testing the reports. we need to create/change test data in the SAP HR database during the testing of reports to test the functioanlity of the report. creating/ changing test data includes runing/ viewing payroll, time run, executing various functions, creating new employees/ positions etc in the system, different sort of actions using PA40, updatng/ creating infotype records etc. i think m quite comfortable interacting with the SAP HR R/3 system. Also i think i hv gained good business knowledge while working on various reports.now i want to make a carrier in SAP HR domain only but not sure if what i hv learnt so far is good enough to help me switch into SAP HR domain carrier or if it has value in the market. Could you guys help me guiding which all options are available for me in SAP HR from here on??
