What are my chances of ping my cl with a C at the university?

My cl is graded under a curve. My cl average of the first midterm was 48 but i got a 40. Then the second midterm the cl average was 68 and i got a 70. On the homework i got 80 percent which is only 10 percent of my overall grade. On the final, i think i did okay(im sure i did fine because I knew how to do all of the problems) but im not sure what i got. Im so worried so can you just give me a guess. i heard that about 13 percent of the cl fails. :/
