Does sodium fluoride ever leave the body, or does whatever amount which has aculated stay forever?

i want to stop ingesting this Nazi crap ASAP. I was worried however that the damage may have already been done, and was curious as to whether or not your body can expel whatever amount that has aculated in your glands.
