Help name the skit from old Saturday Night Live episodes?

im looking for the satire on SNL that dealt with i think fashion trends. at the conclusion of the skit the guy (thought it was billy crystal) would always say, and i quote loosely, "it doesnt matter how you feel as long as you look marvelous." I cant remember what it was called. help!
